University of Geological Sciences

The Institute was reorganized on the basis of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 8, 2020 No. According to its status, the institute is a part of the University of Geological Sciences under the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Institute is the legal successor of the State Enterprise "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology". The Institute is an institution established to carry out scientific-research works in the fields of hydrogeology, engineering geology and geoecology for the University of Geological Sciences, the State Committee for Geology and Mineral Resources, mining enterprises and other sectors of the economy.
